Production introduction
NF type non-contact backstop is a new type of backstop device that skillfully uses the centrifugal force of the wedge with special shape and its special geometric relationship with the inner and outer rings to realize the non-contact and wear-free operation of the main components and reliable backstop in the reverse direction. The backstop is widely used in transportation machinery, hoists and other mechanical equipment with backstop requirements. The product has great backstop effect and high reliability. It has the advantages of long service life, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance, and its comprehensive performance is obviously better than other backstops
In the installation process of freewheel one way clutch, the factors causing stagnation include the following aspects:
1. Factors of guiding bearing's own processing and manufacturing;
2. freewheel center hole processing and manufacturing factors;
3. Factors of material deformation caused by tightening torque of bolts;
4. Factors of assembling guide bearing methods and so on.
